Known as the science of 8 limbs, Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing) is a martial art that utilizes devastating punches, kicks, and elbow and knee strikes to neutralize their opponent with intensity and power. Muay Thai fighters honor their opponents, instructors and the greater energetic forces that give them strength by performing a dance called a Wai Kru (pronounced why-crue) before every fight in the ring.
